LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective April 2026
Acceptance
By visiting wayhaven.com, joining the waitlist, or placing a reservation, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the service.
Pre‑launch status
Wayhaven is in pre‑launch. The product, specifications, pricing, timeline, and availability described on the site are forward‑looking and subject to change. Nothing here constitutes an offer to sell a vehicle. Firm orders, final pricing, and contractual terms will be communicated when production is confirmed.
Waitlist
Joining the Wayhaven waitlist is free and non‑binding. Providing your email or contact information opts you in to development updates and notifications when reservations open. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee delivery, a specific configuration, a specific price, or any contractual relationship with Wayhaven. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Use of the site
You agree not to (a) use the site for anything illegal; (b) scrape or reverse‑engineer any portion of it; (c) interfere with its operation; or (d) misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or remove access for violations.
Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, video, code, marks, and the Wayhaven name) is owned by Wayhaven or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share links to the site; you may not reproduce content commercially without permission.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond those required by law. Vehicle warranties, when products are available, will be governed by separate written documents delivered at purchase.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wayhaven will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.
