• Information you give us. Name, email, and any other information you provide when joining the waitlist or contacting us.
• Automatically collected. Device type, browser, IP address, referring URL, and pages viewed, collected through standard web analytics and server logs.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for session handling, and analytics cookies to understand site performance. You can disable non‑essential cookies in your browser.

How we use information

• To process reservations and deliver product updates.
• To respond to questions and support requests.
• To improve the site, marketing, and eventually the product.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business (payment processing, email delivery, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations, and with legal authorities when required. In the event of a future corporate transaction, information may transfer to a successor entity under the same protections.

Your rights

We retain reservation and contact data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal obligations. We use industry‑standard safeguards to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.

Children

Wayhaven is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
